Building EMail Provider Help

What our prblem is that we are trying to build an email provider where customers can create their emails, and then login to access them.
The format should be email@ourdomain.com
Is there any api which could create emails and then get get all the emails in it??

I would try using the Discountasp API 'EmailPOPAdd' to programmatically create the pop accounts from your web application. Try using this link for some information on this API. https://api.discountasp.net/1.0/customerapi.asmx?op=EmailPopAdd
