Microsoft announced a new program Microsoft BizSpark to help jumpstart entrepreneurs and early-stage startups. BizSpark provides access to Microsoft development tools and licenses with no upfront costs, along with technical support and market visibility. The program is also designed to encourage BizSpark Network Partners to provide guidance, mentorship and resources to help drive startup success.
