SQL 2008 database down in the UK???

Hello,
I'm experiencing over an hour now that I can not connect to database server esql2k801.discountasp.net
I don't really know how to get support on this.
I submitted a ticket ....
But the first and last response on that ticket has been over 40 minutes, saying thay can connect.
Any help ... thoughts ... advice? Anyone?

Currently my web app can not connect. I can also not connect using MSSMS ... This setup has been working for months without a glitch ....

The database has been abused by another customer ... They restarted and all connections worked fine ....
sigh .. the apps are running again.

The thing I don't understand is how it was possible that jorge could connect while I couldn't .....

Looking at my logs..
The database was gone from utc 20.47 to utc 22.12 ....
Thats 1 and a half hour without database!
About half an hour after it started, I noticed it.
10 minutes later I got the response, that it was possible for DiscountAsp to connect.
I could not ....

Is the monitoring of this server setup correctly if I might ask?

it works perfect again!!!!!!!
