Hi! Trying to set up my filezilla for the first time with discountasp.net, and am getting the folllowing message when attempting to connect:

Response: 530 User cannot log in, home directory inaccessible.
Error: Could not connect to server

I have the right username and password, host is ftp.domainname.com, transfer mode is default (all the usual culprits)...

any suggestions?
