how can I download my database(*.mdf)? The .bak file gives me an error.

we cannot provide you with the mdf file, just the bak. if you have problem getting the bak, pls create a support ticket.

Hi,


I have created a backup of the database, which has loaded it to the <web_root>/_database folder.


I would now like to download the .bak or .zip files located there.


However, when I try to access the _database folder within the IIS tools, I can neither see it nor can I access it in any way. I have had a look at all the Knowledge Base files I have so far found, but none of them mention how I can get hold of the database backup. I have tried to look through this forum, but I have not been able to find a quick answer. It could be that I have missed something obvious. Could you please tell me how I can download the .bak or .zip files?
