Login failed for user: is MSSQL2k still available?

    Hi,
    a client of mine has approached me with a website issue. They're site has suddenly stopped working.

    When I accessed their control panel it seems that MSSQL2k is no longer supported - does this mean however that the tables have been deleted and data is no longer available to the website? I would have thought this an extreme move.

    The error I'm getting is:

    Login failed for user ....

    As I can no longer use SQL Tools for MSSQL2k I can't check and confirm connection strings, passwords etc.

    In the meantime we're going to put a page up advising site is under construction, but would love to know status of MSSQL2k on DiscountASP.

    We stopped selling MS SQL 2000 but existing database is still supported.

    Login failed error means that you are using the wrong username / password.
