Hi!
Do anyone knows why websites located in UK are down?
How long will it take to fix this problem?
Thanks

Same for me.
I find it unacceptable users are not notified by email when the system is down or is having network problems.
Lately connecting sometimes worked, sometimes not, and most of times slower than usual.
And now, nothing at all.
I am losing valuable development time over this http://community.discountasp.net/emoticons/confused.gif

How can we contact support personal to get some information on how long it takes to them or any other valuable info?

The post in the outage forum appeared 4 mins after I re-opened a support ticket that I started yesterday about this same problem...I think I might have highlighted the problem.
As it stands so far as I can see the 89.187.102.137 webserver is down and I also have no connectivity to the SQL 2008 box at esql2k801.discountasp.net
I'm also losing development time but also have live web sites that are DASP hosted in a CMS - the live application and all websites served by it are offline...not a good time right now.

My support ticket has been closed but the problem persists. Perhaps they're getting close to a fix but there's no update on the outage post yet..
See the "outages and maintenance" forum for the latest update on eweb102.
