Delay with Outlook 2002

Hello,

I'm using Microsoft Outlook 2002. There seems to be a delay when I receive e-mails through SmarterMail. Sometimes I won't get an e-mail in Outlook for as long as 30 minutes after it's been sent.

Does anyone know what the cause of this would be?

Most likely caused by Greylisting.
