Silverlight Media Player Problem

Hi,

I am using Visual video 2008 and have silverlight media player . I have added a page and drop the media player on it. Select the video source from the root and run the application the result is showing at the local but when i run the same application from the server the video is the showing up that is surprise for me

Which player did you use for this, was it Scott's, one from Codeplex or from Expression Encoder?
Here's one I did with the QuickSilver player, running on a DASP server:
