i need to know how to start my website i just transferred my domain name over to discountasp. Or can I transfer my website over?

You can upload your website using your temporary ftp address if you want to get started right away, before your domain is fully resolving to DiscountASP.NET. You can view your site with the temporary url. Both addresses are listed in the Account Information section of your control panel.
