one domain from discountasp.net and one from godaddy but same host

I would like to host two different website applications (under one account in disaccountasp.net) under two different domains domain1.com, domain2.com.

How do go about this? Do you create several web applications with the web application tool?

PS: one domain is registered at discountasp.net and the other one at godaddy.com but I have already updated the nameservers there.

I don't recommend hosting two sites under one account. The reason being is that you have only one application pool per account. If one site becomes unstable or hangs it will also hang the other site.
Additionally your second site will not have the full features as the account. You will not have separate NTFS permissions for that site, an email account, web space, and its own FTP login. If you are planning to have two sites registering the second site as its own account will give your the best value for your money.
