I'm trying to upload a page on my domain and asking the ftp host and login, how can I get that, thanks.

I'm trying to upload my new site in my domain, but it only shows the old site,, www.nylimoreservations.com (http://www.nylimoreservations.com), can anybody help me , thanks.
