AJAX Problem

Hello;
today when i tried to upload a AJAX-Enabled web page, the
following line of error appears:
<%@ Register assembly="AjaxControlToolkit" namespace="AjaxControlToolkit"
tagprefix="cc1" %>
The AjaxControlToolkit.dll uploaded to the Bin directory, and the application is working 100% on the local server ???
I've IIS7 on Win Server 2008 Account and this toolkit is 3.5 not 1.0, so is there any one can help me ?

Are you sure that you got the web page named 'ToolTips.aspx' uploaded to your root? The error is fairly straight forward.
