Managing email accounts

I'm up to my 500MB limit on email space. Can someone please tell me two things:
1) How can I tell how much disk space each email user is using? The user/quota manager doesn't seem to have this information.
2) How can I get more space for email storage?

Hi,

You can view individual space usage via the webmail interface. Login to your control panel, click email management on the left hand side and then click:

SmarterMail Management Login as Primary Admin

Then click

Reports >> Domain Summary Reports >> Traffic Reports >> Disk Usage


In regards to adding space, you will want to create a ticket via your control panel by clicking the support link at the top. The billing department can help you add space.
