Update Excel Sheet on Web

Hi All,

My requirements are basic as below:
I have an Excel sheet that I would like to share with other party online. I want both parties to be able to view and edit this sheet...
I am hosting my site on windows platfrom with .net support...

What is the easiest way to do that... ?

Though we do not support it but Sharepoint should suffice your need..

I know that Sharepoint 2007 support this feature.. but am looking for something simpler especially that am hosting my site with you...

Is there any .net component that might help?
I tried the OWC for Office 2003, it allow me to see the spreadheet on the browser, but there is no option to save the changes...

Any help will be appreciated..

i think you can save using OWC.
