I just bought the service 1 hour ago and I tried to install a froum which run mormally in another server, but I encountered the error. Is there any online supporter to help me resolving this problem?

The best place to get help with a forum installation would be from the company that provides the forum software.

Could you please check the error message? It is not a problem of "software" itself. As I said, I run it pretty well in another server.

Have you tried running the setup in Classic mode?
You're running it on IIS7, in your Control Panel within the IIS Tools section you can specify Classic Application Pipeline mode rather than Integrated.
