No password for sql server admin tool

I know there are security issues with this post:

I ordered a Sql Server 2k5 database account (need to host 1 database). I have been given a username via email, however, there is no password. I have tried my control panel password but this doesn't let me in to the Sql Server admin manager. Because of this, I cannot upload my database.

My website is www.theplaygrounds.co.uk (From which you could work out all of my details).

I found where to see my login info, and I changed the existing login's details as well as made my own new login, but still the login fails.

Login failed for user 'gss11'.


Server name: esql2k502 as my Sql Server name is: esql2k502.discountasp.net
Database: Name of the database [SQL2005_625372_playgrounds]
Login credentials are of a new account I made.

Hi,
Are you trying to connect via code or from a local SQL interface?
If you have not specified a PW change it should be the same as your account login.
Open a Support ticket if you are sure of all you are doing is correct.
