I'll stick my neck and and say no - there's no way that discountASP.NET could allow the installation of windows services onto their shared hosting servers and I'm confident that the DASP guys will soon be along to confirm this statement. That said there maybe a possible workaround in this environment to enable what you are trying to achieve..
