Once you solve the exploit problem, here are instructions on how to get your site removed from Google's hacked site database (http://community.discountasp.net/showthread.php?t=7972).
Note that Norton - and probably many other anti-virus vendors - also have a database of sites that they consider "unsafe." Procedures for getting your site removed from these databases may vary.
