Hi, I registered to get ASP.NET 4.0 free hosting. After published my website I don't see my pictures !! I don't know what is going on !! What is more i can't log on here: https://my.discountasp.net/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=/default.aspx My username is: user10176 During log on in control panel I see that I don't exists !! What is going on ? How can I log on using ftp ? Maybe I didn't publish images ?? What is going on ?
The ASP.NET 4.0 hosting sandbox does not come with a control panel so the my.discountasp.net login will not work for you. The control panel is for our production hosting environment. Check your email for the ftp information. If you published images, then you should be able to pull it up using a direct link. e.g. http://your-sandbox-sit-url/image.jpg - Check that first.

Thats right. The sandbox hosting does not support FTP. You deploy using msdeploy. If you can get to the images - then they weren't uploaded. Try deploying again.
Could you check if there are images ? I have images in folder Content/images but in visual studio in Solution Explorer I don't have in Content folder 'images' but despite this fact I see images on my local server and I don't see in Your server.
I uploaded several times - you don't want to check if images are on the server - strange hosting. This is my first website in asp.net so maybe I am doing something wrong, maybe i must add some resources with images to project or something. I don't know because I don't see what is on the server - I don't understand idea hosting asp.net 4.0 to test asp.net 4.0 if I can't see what is on the server - I can't use ftp. This is my first adventure with asp.net and hosting asp.net. I can't test it because I don't have access to ftp and nobody wants to tell me what I have on the server. Microsoft wants users to test MsDeploy and provide feedback so therefore, no FTP. If you do a right click on your image and look at image properties, and then try to load the image in a browser, you will see that it is not there. Try to upload again. You can communicate with the msdeploy team at: http://forums.iis.net/1157.aspx for any assistance on use of msdeploy.
lol - first I have tried publish my website on their server but I had error like in first post here: (401) Unauthorized http://forums.iis.net/1157.aspx Then yours server - on yours server I see text, on their server I saw nothing - so now is much better Here only images and encode doesn't work
