sound Recorder

Hi.
How can we put a sound recorder in a webpage so that it records and plays back and saves the sound into a file on the computer like the other sound recorders but on the web?
Your help is really appreciated if you know any tutorial or script/ or I should post it else where... I will be really thankful.

You can't allow a site visitor to record sound through any application that I've ever heard of. There are about a million technical barriers to making that work.

It's a great idea in theory, but I don't think you'll have any luck finding anything that does it at the moment.
