Error Request Tracing Rules and IIS7

I have been going through a troubleshooting video for IIS and it says that one of the best tools is IIS's Error Request Tracing Rules I don't have that in my IIS Manager is it a add on or do you all have it disabled

Hi,
Did you mean Health Monitoring or Failed Request tracing?
In the IIS7 Manager look in the IIS section, below the ASP.NET section.

I don't see anything for either of them in the IIS Area of my IIS7 Maanger

I got it I just had not set it up in the control panel once I did and logged in to IIS7 manager it was there thank you
