SQL Database add-on required?

Hello, I am a new user to this service.

I logged on through ftp and I saw a _Database folder. I am just wondering whether we can just place our database file into it and connect to it without using SQL Database add-on.

You can use Access Database in the _database folder. If you are using SQL, then you will need to order the SQL addon.
