Is your database created in a non-english based workstation?

I finally set up the DSN through custom connection string, and made recordset query. But when I try to open the recordset, it shows "Selected collating sequence not supported by the operating system."
The error message in preview browser is:
"Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'
[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Selected collating sequence not supported by the operating system. "
Any ideas to solve this? I am using XP, Dreamweaver MX.
Thanks.
