Update my banner

I am new to this. I want to intall a new banner to my web page. The application I made it with (Banner Maker Pro) has FTP capabilities.
The folder my banner is in is called banner on the site. I need to remove the old banner.gif file but when I click on the banner folder it says "This folder is not setup as a web application" "Click the button below to install web application." What does that mean, and what do I have to do to get the new banner file in and the old out? Plain english please.[:)]

BTW I will also edit some other files later. I have Frontpage 2003 also. Right now I just want to start with the banner. Feel free to email if you like to stevet3@bellsouth.net

This looks like an error thrown by the Banner Maker Pro software.

I suggest you check Banner Makeer Pro's documentation to see what special requirement do they have. I also recommend you contact them directly for support
