They offer pretty solid tutorials in most web development topics. It is a great place to start.

Once you get familiar with dreamweaver you may want to take a look at projectseven projectseven.com/tutorials/index.htm (http://projectseven.com/tutorials/index.htm) the tutorials are beyond beginner but by working on them you can learn alot.
