IIS Account Question

Does the IIS account with DiscounASP.net support The Database Publishing Wizard that this post refers to here http://www.asp.net/learn/hosting/tutorial-07-vb.aspx even though there is no subscription to a database add-on? In addition, is a database add-on needed to publish a visual studio 2008 website with roles enable? , furthermore, use it knowing that SQL Express 2008 is been used as default on the development machine website and transfer to DiscounASP.net?

But without the add-on you can't use a SQL database.
