I can't upload my pages

This problem is one of the strange thing FrontPage extension does, it will somehow shutoff Execute permission.

To work around the problem

- Logon to the control panel
- Navigate to Web Application Tool
- Select the directory / Application
- Click Uninstall Application
- Wait 5 seconds
- Click Install Application
