And how do I get one? Would others be able to view the site? I have a VS 2010 Silverlight 4 WCF RIA Services app.
Thanks in advance,
Steve

Go to the home page of DASP: http://www.discountasp.net/
And there, in the 3rd column, a few inches down, you'll see the sandbox offer.

Thanks for the quick reply. I work at home, will I be able to let my boss onto the site from work?

Yes, I think your boss could view it from work. Guess it would be a good experiment for you.

Okay, it seems to have published, now how do I bring it up in the browser?
Thanks again,
Steve

You can view the sandbox site through your browser - you just need the url, which should be in the sign up email you received.

Hi Steve, I have a site which I am trying to deploy that sounds the same as yours: Silverlight 4 using WCF RIA services. I've tried the suggestions of Polybius in another thread in this forum, but do not get any spinning Silverlight runtime when it loads, just a pure blank white screen. Is there a problem with Silverlight 4 runtime? How does this lab get around the no "go live" part of the SL4 release?

Hi Steve,
I got past the Silverlight 4 runtime issue by appending the start page to the URL:
http://userXXXX.netfx4lab.discountasp.net/AppNameTestPage.html
Now I've just got to suss out the reason none of my queries are working, must be some problem with the connection string to the SQL Server 2008 database maybe...
