IMAP problem, POP3 works fine

Hi DASP staff,
I'm currently have some problems with my emails (@eventcare.com.ar).

I have the following setup:

Outlook 2007 configured with IMAP (imap.eventcare.com.ar at 143 port)
Gmail configured with POP3 to retrieve @eventcare.com.ar emails (email backups)

The problem is that the emails are not downloaded in IMAP, in POP3 everything is fine.

I can see my new emails in POP3 (GMAIL) and webmail, but never gets downloaded into my Outlook 2007.

My email server in SM02.

Is there any problem reported to support?

Just to clarify a couple things to cover all bases. Once you pop the mail, it will no longer be on the server. If you are aware of this and know messages are on the server, what the error message you are getting?
