ideas for CRM (contacts, leads, etc.) solution?

Ideally, I would like a solution that integrates tightly with MS Outlook clients. I am already using Business Contacts Manager for Outlook, but from what I can tell there is no externally hosted option for BCM (sharing is allowed on the LAN only). I see that there are open source CRM solutions like SugarCRM and vTiger, and I see that there are several hosts for both, and I see that each has an MS Outlook plug-in. Anybody use either of those, or something similar, on DASP?
