Unable to reach site

Tonight, I was unable to reach my service and pages. The DNS resolution seems fine but I cannot get anything back from the site. I also tried re-publishing just in case the files had been cleared but msdeploy failed to connect as well. I am able to connect to the SQL server from VS, though.

My root is:
http://user482.netfx4lab.discountasp.net

I also failed hitting netfx4lab.discountasp.net but I'm not sure that was intended to serve any files. discountasp.net works of course.

Any ideas are welcome. Anyone else having this problem? Anyone not having this problem?

i think our network guy messed up the firewall config while fixing the SQL connection issue.

I've email them again. sorry for the trouble.

i managed to wake the network admin and he fixed the problem.
