Port 1433 and 14330

Some ISPs close port 1433, so we have set up the other as an alternative.

Are those port numbers the same? Or 14330 was created in order to avoid usage of the default SqlServer port 1433?

I´m asking this because my ISP has closed the port 1433, so I was wondering whether I can use 14330 instead.
