.Net 4 beta user cannot log into CP

I just started using the .Net 4 sandbox, I can FTP some files but cannot log in to CP using credentials mailed to me. Am trying to troubleshoot why VS2010publishing is choking on executing db installation/config. Thanks.

There is no Control Panel available for the sandbox environment.
