We have a site that has scigoalplanning.com as the Discount domain. We have another domain physiotherapyexercises.com set up as a domain pointer. We have www.physiotherapyexercises.com set up for SSL. How do we setup a subdomain for example mobile.physiotherapyexercises.com? Do we do this in the DNS manager? I can see a *.scigoalplanning.com there, but doing something similar for physiotherapyexercises.com doesn't seem to work?
Sounds as if you need a RapidSSL Wildcard SSL Certificate. A wild card SSL Certificate will protect Any Subdomain.physiotherapyexercises.com The current SSL Certificate you have on your site account will only protect the common name for the SSL Certificate and the main domain name. If you need to protect the subdomain www. and mobile. you will need a wildcard SSL Certificate. But, please note that it will not protect the main domain (physiotherapyexercises.com) name as the current SSL Certificate is doing at the moment for your site account.
