HELP!! When creating my discountasp.net account I used an email address I WAS GOING TO CREATE as the primary business address for my domain and discountasp.net account. Lo and behold, instead of the ordering process giving me my login on the receipt page for my order, it said it sent it to the primary email address on the account (which I have not yet created on my email server [that I need the login for to create said address]). The ALTERNATE email address for the account ([email protected]) is usable by me but there doesn't seem to be an option to get the info sent there. Help!!!
You should open a ticket to the Support department ([email protected]) and have them send the accounts Welcome Letter to alternative email address. Make sure you include the domain name to the account so they'll know what account to look up. And you'll probably have to answer the security question of that account.
