I chose this thread because I wasn't able to log in to tech support. I created an account the other day and it was blocked as spam. I had to create this account to contact you. Is there a way to get my other account unblocked? I am obviously not a computer unless I am a quantum computer with the intelligence necessary to create a message like this! What is the best way to communicate with you and your staff if I cannot log in to technical support? Is the username and password the same there as it is to get into the forums? Here? I don't think you can create an account for the support portal. You can alwys send email directly to [email protected]. No, we don't create forum users when an account is set up. I wish we could.
The password and username should be the same as your control panel credentials on the support portal.
