Help with System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception

I recently migrated our site from IIS7 to II8 on Windows 2012.
I have started getting an error that is hard to understand what is causing it or how to go about fixing.
Here are the details.

The other information fields are mostly blank. I'm scratching my head because I don't know how to find out what is causing this. Could anyone help please?

I think I have found the cause and it was a scheduled task process timing out.
