We believe the reason for the recent increase in bounces from AOL and Comcast is due to a change in their spam filtering algorithms, basing blocks purely on volume rather than spam complaints. That seems to have caused a sharp increase in bounces and blocks from the AOL mail servers. If your mail has been flagged as "bulk," that can make the problem worse. A newsletter or other mailing can be legitimate, but the number of messages sent at one time can cause different reactions in the receiving servers.
