My domain name is registered with Network Solutions, but they won't allow me to change MX records unless I switch from Discountasp nameservers to Network Solutions. At the same time I don't see anything in Discountasp control panel when navigating to "Domain Manager". When I changed the nameservers to Network Solutions my site didn't work anymore. I'm familiar with pointing a domain to an ip address in DNS, but it seems that things work a bit differently in DiscountASP, they don't provide ip address to your hosting in the same way. Please advise.
Contact our tech support department. Since you pointed your name servers back to Network Solutions, you'll need to do some updates to your DNS settings in the Netsol portal to resolve the website.
