How do I publish the web application?

    I clicked on the web application link but there is not button to install application or create a directory. What do I do now?

    You should publish the files first using a method like FTP or Web Deploy. You can then use the Web Application tool to mark the directory as a web application. If you use Web Deploy, it should mark the directory for you.
