I just registered a new domain, pointed to NS records to the discountasp NS records. If I just type in the website without the www, everything works just fine. In other words mydomain.net works, but www.mydomain.net just says: Web Page Unavailable We're sorry, the web page you are trying to reach is unavailable. Please contact the website administrator. We apologize for the inconvenience. If I try to type in a specific page, I just get an ASP.Net error saying the specific page cannot be found. I've gone through the DNS Manager and both the root domain and the www domain both point to the same IP address. Am I doing something wrong? Or do I need to wait for the DNS to propagate? Thanks! Probably. By default we will serve up both www and just the domain. DNS propagates pretty quickly these days, but ISPs can cache DNS results for a longer period.
