Need your advise about the site

Hi!
I need your advise concerning new design of our site - pdgroup.co. What do you think of the colors and the style? We also have some doubts about the picture on the front page. Maybe it will be better to remove it?

Nice color play though i might use a slightly lighter color on the menu bar background (header and footer) overall; nice site
