Smarter Mail and Outlook

I currently use Outlook to retrieve email at home and Squirrel mail for web mail. Does the deployment of Smarter Mail require changes to Outlook settings?

 

Well...it didn't work for me. My outlook setting are the same as before smarter mail, but now I can't retrieve mail messages through outlook. I can see them fine through the smarter mail webmail, and I can send message from my smarter mail outlook account, but When I go to retrieve messages, it just doesn't find them, somehow! Anybody have any ideas for me? I can't get a decent answer from technical support.

Yes, I closed outlook, restarted the machine, and then it works. Thanks. Judy
