If Google has listed your site as an "attack site" (causing Firefox and other browsers to pop up a warning to site visitors) you can use the following information to help get your site removed from their database.

Once you are sure that you have removed all malicious files, you can have the warning removed by requesting a review of the site by Google.

If you already use Google's Webmaster Tools for your site:

    1) Sign in to Webmaster Tools with your Google account.
    2) On the Dashboard, select the site you want.
    3) On the Overview page, click "Request a review" and follow the instructions.

If you do not use Google's Webmaster Tools, here's how to set it up:

Go to Google's Webmaster Tools page.

If you have a Google or Gmail account you can log in here and add your site. If you do not have a Google or Gmail account you will have to create one using the link below the login box.

After you add your site, Google will require authentication that you are actually the owner of the site. That involves either uploading an HTML file with a name that they specify, or adding a meta tag to your site's index file. Just follow the links they provide to get the necessary information.

Once you have verified your site, you can follow the instructions above to request a review.
