Hi, I am having problems of legitimate emails being filtered and sent to the Junk Mail folder on server. I logged in to SmarterMail (webmail) after I missed a few important emails and realized that the emails were moved to the Junk Mail folder. I would prefer to download all the emails to my laptop and do the filtering in Outlook. Could you please advice how I can get this done?
