The NS has been successfully changed and the domain worked fine. However, now the domain seems if it parked at Goddady!!!

    what is the matter?

    This might help you

    Status: Resolving address of ftp.postayah.com
Status: Connection attempt failed with "EAI_NODATA - No address associated with nodename".
Error: Could not connect to server

I do see that you changed your name servers to our name servers according to the whois record. You just might need to allow some more time for the DNS propagation to be completed. This can sometimes take 24 - 48 hours but in most cases it only takes 1 hour.

You can also try doing a local DNS flush on your computer to see if that might speed up the process. Read this web page article on how to flush your local DNS.

  5. So the FTP is being affected as well.

    Thank you,

The ftp.postayah.com URL points to the correct IP number on my end.

Did you try to flush your DNS?

You might always want to check this link out: https://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/ftp.postayah.com

You will see that it points to the new IP number now. Try flushing your DNS.

  7. Yes I did. and below the result
    --------------------------
    Windows IP Configuration
Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache.
    --------------------------

But I am still not able to use the FTP .

Well, you can use FTP before the DNS propagates, just not with your domain name.

  10. I have no issue with the Alternative FTP address , it works.

the issue is that we can not access our domain via both http and ftp .

  11. Many thanks, all done.

    FTP and HTTP work now!
