I do see that you changed your name servers to our name servers according to the whois record. You just might need to allow some more time for the DNS propagation to be completed. The ftp.postayah.com URL points to the correct IP number on my end. Did you try to flush your DNS? You might always want to check this link out: https://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/ftp.postayah.com You will see that it points to the new IP number now. Try flushing your DNS.

I have no issue with the Alternative FTP address , it works. the issue is that we can not access our domain via both http and ftp .
