I installed my web site (http://www.4thwayconsulting.com/) here many years ago. I haven't done much with anything for years. BTW, I have a 72 year old brain now that's slow on everything. I want to update my web site but I can't find where anything goes any more. I clicked on The Web Application tool, but there is nothing in any of the directories it shows. I have used Serif WebPlus X2 to create the web site, and it's asking where to upload it, but can't see where it should go. Am I using the wrong tool to see my files and fix things? Can anyone give me a hand? Thanks
You can use an FTP client to gain access to your site via FTP. You can use an FTP client like FileZilla. FileZilla can be downloaded here: https://filezilla-project.org/ To learn how to connect to your site using FileZilla please read our knowledge base article here: http://support.discountasp.net/KB/a311/configuring-filezilla-to-access-your-web-site.aspx I don't know Serif WebPlus X2 but maybe it's asking for FTP settings to upload your site to our server? If so you should be able to get them from the knowledge base article above.
