I've begun learning to use node.js and would like to use my DASP account to host instances of node.js running as a web server which is done using Express.js. Hosting node.js appears to have become a line of business for hosting service providers. Does DASP support node.js on the servers or plan to and if so will a Getting Started tutorial be provided?
Like this one? Honestly, there are a lot of hurdles to overcome to deploy a node.js app on a Windows server. It's do-able, but it's probably not going to be as easy as it might be on a Linux server. We have that getting started article and we mention node.js support on the site, but we don't really have a node expert on staff, so we're a bit limited in what we can do to help if you run in to problems.
