My username: silverseppc I'm trying to upgrade my account to the new Windows 2012/IIS8 platform but I keep getting an error: Code: Sorry, no Windows 2012 / IIS 8 server is available for migration at this time. Please check back later. It has been like this for several weeks now and I'm in a point where I would desperately need 2012 hosting. What seems to be the problem and when could I upgrade?
Please open a ticket with our support department trough our support portal at support.discountasp.net so we can take a look at the issue you are having.
You're hosted in our UK data center and we don't offer Windows 2012 there yet. We're in the midst of some expansion in the UK, and we'll be able to offer it when that is complete (in 2-3 weeks).
